Hi Brian,
Saw one similar recently going from Mandurah to Freo. It went up the wrong side of the road and they had to disconnnect all the power lines as it went past. Took 2.5 hours to get to Freo.

Brian

Any idea what is was??

I live in Bullsbrook, and regularly see wide loads heading thru twon. Often been forced off the road by the pilot. In fact they have widened Gt Northern Highway south of Bully to allow wide loads to pass without affecting the oncoming traffic.

Part of the fun is trying to work out what the load is. Haul Pak, graders, etc are easy, but some of the misc steel work and similar takes some thought. Not fair that they covered it up !!

Suggest the number of trucks may be because of the hills on that road, but only guessing - fairly flat up our way !

It was pretty darn big, we saw it as it went through pinjarra whilst stopped for lunch.

We too questioned what it was, and why so many trucks. Although I did notice back at north dandalup was another of the same trucks, so perhaps they disconnected one!! It must have been heavy.

Probably something to do with the State Governments new Outcome Based Education implementation or the Mandurah Railway.
They don't spare any expence when they want to do something.
Tax payers will pay.

Wondered why my wife's Chrissie present was a bit slow coming. Glad they covered it up - solid gold is a bit risky exposed!

I wish!
