Tyres are wearing on the inside checked toein by putting straight edge on tyres and measuring distance from front and back of tyre from chassie ,seems to be same .The adjustment for this
suspension is through off center bolts on end of swing arm.

I reckon most peoples vans are overweight.
Do you empty the van after each trip? If so then empty the
water tank and anything you have that is loose in the van. Then take it and weigh it - this will be your true tare weight - compare it with the registered weight. The majority of vans seem to have extras added to them but when the agent registers them for you this extra weight is not included in the tare like it should. This extra weight has to be subtracted from your 300 or 400 kg load allowance.
Do you keep all your traveling clothes and stuff in the van? Many of us do, we do the washing when we return home and repack the van. If you are one of this class then fill the
water tank and then go and weigh it - both on and off the car. (Some insurance companies deem the tanks to be full if they are trying to prove overloading.) Allow an extra 30-40 kg for food and compare this with the GTM and ATM on the compliance plate.
Many a person has been shocked when they see the results. When you have done it is then time to find a
suspension specialist who knows about Simplicity
suspension and get them to asses the problem.

I've seen vans that almost drag on the ground don't think I fit into this category but yes I could be overweight and will do as you say THANKS

With the geometry of the simplicity if you overload the van then the tyres will have more and more camber on them, this can wear out the inside of the tyre.
Also if a spring has weakened it can also allow the
suspension to sag and increase the camber.
The first thing I'd do is take it to a place where they can check the alignment accurately.
