He is not shouting at anyone. He is just asking a question.
Thats what forums are for.

If I was Coromal I would be fixing the problem under warranty. Not seeing the problem you have, it is hard to tell what has happened, my guess is you have a major delamination fault that should be addressed under faulty workmanship.
If they tell you it is normal wear and tear they are looking for an out.
Good luck with your problem and keep hounding them.
Rock Ape.

Along the raised flat section , full lenght rhs . If you had it believe me you would know . Worst bubble is 30mm high.

Coromal are not very good at admitting when they have a problem. 13 months is not a reasonable life expectency for a van so normal consumer law will come force. 1 year is nor relevant.
Also needs more people to rock the boat to get any where. I found 22 Coromal vans with the same problem as
mine but no one was interested in doing anything about it so I have ground to a stop.
it is no good complaining and not joining forces to do anything about it.

Keith
Chassis was too light (didn't meet min Aust standards according to an engineer) causing too much movement. Result was a continuing leaky van, pop rivets shearing off, cupboards moving, all side detached from frame, door and windows would not open unless stabilising legs were carefully adjusted and shower 50mm out of square.
I quit it before the warranty expired.
I notice that the bigger Coromals now have considerably stronger chassis and the 701 is 300kg heavier now but the still refuse to admit that there was ever a problem.

It would be interesting to know if ANY of the major van makers scan these pages to help with product development. It seems most of them eventually get a bad rap about something or other. They should be asking themselves " maybe we had better talk to the guy who made that batch of roofs" then ensure it NEVER happens again.
