No they didn't do the crime!
I suspect Mike is saying it must be proved as a crime before you do the time.
Rather than the assumption of guilt utilised by our various state governments with reference to motor vehicle "crimes"

I think the people who issue the fines should have demerit points deducted off there license every time they make a F**k up.
The Sorry it was a mistake thing works for the Government, they came make as many F**k up’s as they like then just turn around and say it was a error/ accident/ mistake, sorry.
Yeah, try that excuse as a member of the public and see where it get you, it doesn’t work you are still booked. so why should the government and these operators get away with making mistakes when the Public can’t.

I got fined for speeding in Vic....... I was at work in
Newcastle at the time though.
Took one hell of a paper battle with their civilian run cash collecting arm before they would stop chasing me. I still havent been advised officialy that the fine has been withdrawn though, and that was 3 years ago.
I will just have to make sure I never move to Victoria.

I got a fine for being in Flinders Lane, in
Melbourne a few years back. Thing was I had mobile phone records saying I was in Bairnsdale just half an hour before. That was a good start as it would be several times the car's top speed to get me to
the spot of the fine for their time. The record of the car turned out as a white Dunnydoor.
Mine was a silver 4by of German make!
I suggested my solicitor would love to collect costs from them so they let me off that time.

So Mike!
How does "Do the crime do the time" catch phrase relate to the site link that you posted??
All of these people allegedly had alibis or factual proof that the traffic infringements that they supposedly committed.
Good on 'em.
If they had committed a more serious offence, and were tried & found guilty of that offence, then that "simple catchphrase" would be perfectly apt.
Just wondering what colour the sky is wherever you live? B&W maybe?

Yeh right, speed limiters are a load of crock. Trucks can be deregulated and to allow speeding and then fixed to show it is limited again. I think these days it can be done by the flick of a hidden switch, computer controlled. Funny how we don't believe stuff from the media normally, yet all of a sudden it is gospel. Apart from the 313 km/h, I doubt the other two errors were legit. Sounds more like truckies trying to get out of the speeding fines they deserve. Humanity is full of deceipt and generally opposed to taking responsibility for actions.

A simple catchphrase for law breakers. Yes some lawbreakers are simple, most are not - just IGNORANT and STOOPID!! A very different 'condition'.
