Hi All,
Just wondering if 285/75/16 BFG Muddies will fit under a '02 TI patrol standard height & will they fit legally and with no chance of scrubbing at full travel?

I wouldn't think you'd have any problems at all with that size.....plenty of blokes running 285s on standard Patrols.

At full travel I do believe you will get some rubbing

They will fit fine though will scrub inside the guard slightly on full articulation.

They do rub, and wil just wear/melt the inside edge of the plastic mudguard flairs..

yes they will scrub at full articulation with standard shocks.
mind you, even with a 2" lift provided by OME's i still get occasional slight scrubbing when fully loaded.

yes as aid 285s will scrub a little
at work we fit 2inch lift and offset bushs on the lower arms and usually ends the problem
