Hi, can anyone tell us what this park is like. Does it have facilities for kids and are the conveniences OK.
We are meeting family from
Adelaide there and one family needs accommodation and only an on-site van is available, cabins are all booked. Any one know what it's like?
Looking forward to any
feedback

I can very highly recommend in
Beachport the Southern Ocean Tourist park
www.parks-sa.com.au/soocp.html
I lead 20+ cars there in november, and all are booked back in, some in March, some in Next november for our next annual excursion there.
Great facilities, bbq's, kids play area, very good clean showers and dunnys, and walking distance to the pub for dinner, or the shops.
You wont regret staying there, we didnt.

Just got back from there this week Rob. It's a fairly quiet old style park with basic ammenities but it's located in a perfect spot right beside the bay. We stayed in the ajoining
bush camping so didn't get to see the shower block. As far as facilities for kids, they are at
the beach, what more do they need ;-) The important thing is
the beach driving to
Robe & Cununda starts less then a KM from
camp :-)
Southend caravan park
Cheers Craig.
