I have softfloors for hire but not hard floor

Have a look at these guys www.desertoak.com.au/ they hire T-Vans with the hard floor.
They are based down Lara way near Geelong.

Tvan Rental Agreement
1. Rental $550 per week including GST insurance. Minimum hire 2 weeks
2. Hirer minimum age 25 years
3. Booking fee $500 deposit
4. Full payment to be made 30 days prior to hire pick up date
5. Cancellation fee $500
6. Collision Damage Waiver & holding deposit $1000, to be processed with credit card
7. Return of $1000 damage waiver & holding deposit, less any costs, to be returned to Hirer within 14 days of return of T-Van
8. T-Van must be returned cleaned to pick-up point, 194 Grange Rd Fairfield Vic 3078 on agreed day. Recovery from any other place will be charged out at $200 per day, or part there of
9. Damage of any sort must be reported to 194 Grange Rd, Fairfield Vic 3078, 03 9497 3899 before any repair can be authorised
10. Any tyre repair or replacement is the responsibility of the Hirer. Any tyre replacement must be of approved type. Contact 194 Grange Rd, Fairfield, 03 9497 3899 before replacing any tyres.
11. Extension of hire only by prior arrangement before return date
12. Any late returns will be charged at $100 per day
13. Any extension of hire will be at normal hire rates

No Go Areas
1. Any part of Canning Stock Route and any Alpine logging or fire tracks
2. Any beaches, including Fraser island or any Island
3. Any salt water environment where salt water will come in contact with any part of the T-Van
4. Any areas where T-Van will be immersed in salt, fresh water or muddy area above wheel bearing height (ie1/2 up wheels)
5. Any accidental or unavoidable immersion in salt, fresh water or muddy areas as to cause corrosion to T-Van must be washed off with pressure hose at the earliest convenience
6. Any area corroded will incur repair and paint penalty
