brad979,
So 8hrs sleep = 24ah

Your 2 batteries store 140 ah so you could happily get 2 nights sleep and the car will still start!

We need to know the capacity of your batteries - but I think the answer to how many hours running you would get is.... lots :) Almost certainly more than a couple of nights sleep anyway.

Hi Brad my Missus uses a CPAP machine and we just bought a Xpower 300 plus from super cheap for $250.00 and have just finnished an 8hr test run in which it worked fine.
The inverter is a 250 v. This is a self contained unit in that it does the following, jump starter, compresser for tyres, 12v outlet, 240v outlet and a fluro light .
May be worth a look?. Bushy
