I am running Oziexplorer with Natmap maps and would like to know if you can convert Discover Aus maps to run for mobile navigation. These maps seem to be a lot more detailed then the Natmap I have. I am using Discover Aus on my GPS but is handy to be able to view on a laptop.

Hello - you can use DiscoverAus for "mobile navigation" on a laptop using the gps log function..so there is no need to convert ...if you are using a laptop. If you wish to use DiscoverAus maps on a PDA with OziexplorerCe you are probably wasting your time. The map data is not in a format that can be used in Oziexplorer. DiscoverAus is in vector format, OziExplorer uses raster maps. You would have to do a heap of screen captures and then recalibrate all the maps for a sad result if you wished to head down this path. There are higher resolution raster maps available for OziExplorer for some areas if you are not happy with the detail provided by the Natmap 150K series.
Cheers
