Does any one know where the best place is to get a Prado Aux battery tray without paying a fortune.

I cant beleive that a simple tray can cost so much. Seems like a rip off to me.

Thanks

Hi Cruiser

this may or may not help.
Are the batteries in Prado Dsl or Ptl opposed, e.g. petrol left side battery, Dsl Rt side or something like that.
My Dsl hilux has bat' on left and ptl version has bat' on right so I got a 'petrol' tray from wreckers and bolted it in behind left H/lt to give me aux bat. $25, bolts, time.

Good luck anyway
Andy

I can send you some pictures of our tray.

The loose trays are $95.00 incl post to OE members.

The link below is our full kit.

The petrol and diesels use our same part number.

Why do you need a tray??? I haven't looked at one lately, but I thought you could just drop a battery in on the other side with a new bracket - same as what you've got with the starting battery?

No you can't just drop the battery in. It needs a tray.
