Put a f.i.t.c.h on it and bring the fuel consumption down to about the same as a holden barina. So us normal people can afford to own one!

Thanks for pointing that one out, Being involved in the truck industry and drove for many years I really enjoyed that, Made me think of the old T-Line Cab Over Inter , every time I pushed it to hard through a creek it would rare up a bit and every damn thing on the dash ended up on the floor, including little Dusty and I had to stop and get him up off the left floor,
Now someone just recently posted about some guy with
little red Wings powered by a small rocket and i thought hey that would be fun , but I would most surely crash and break the old neck ,, but one of those Trucks......yeh I could for one of them ,
Doug

Used to drive an Acco myself. The 3070 with the big VT903 Cummins V8 in it. That old rattler would do some fun slides if you were keen enough.
The sloping top of the dash was perfect for your smokes and Zippo.

What a piece of machinery, I wonder if it would make it big red LOL, how much nuts has that thing got and as mentioned above a great driver behind the wheel as
well. Wonder what the fuel consumption per 100 is. Regards Steve M

The bigge5r4 they are the harder they fall. Imagine tipping one over and even worse how do you snatch something that big if he got stuck in all those dunes.

What gets me is that the guy driving it wasn't good enough to drive one of the race cars. Too slow, so he got lumbered with the support vehicle.
It is a pretty amazing truck and as others have said not a bad bit of driving.
I do have a concern though. I don't think I could see a tow bar. How am I going to get the 38' flybridge cruiser down to the
boat ramp without a tow bar? Really you would think for the purchase price that thing must attract a man should not have to fit his own accessories.

Hi All
I love watching the trucks, the other night one had to replace a cylinder on the side of the road and was trying to catch up, they had a shot of him going through the air and before he hit the ground he shifted down while in the air ( you can see the smoke coming from the pipes ) he rolled it a little later and one had to be air lifted, turned out OK.
Have fun
Craig

Did anyone notice the acceleration he had when passing the bikes? it just got up and bogied at around 100kph, in sand and a narrow track.
I guess I take #125456 in the que to have one.
To hell with fuel consumption, just think of the fun!!!!!
