Evening all,
I am looking for a quite spot to chase up a couple of trout.
Somewhere around the Barringtons would be good and self sufficient 4wd is not a problem, or would prefer it to get away from the hoi poloi.
Thanks

Redone Hi,
I do not know about the Barringtons , but in the central tablelands this drought has wiped out all the stream trout. The major holes are now starting to dry up, so even the natives could be in trouble.
We had some fantastic Fly fishing in tantangra after xmas, mainly to rainbows up to 35 cm and a few browns to 50cm. By now you would have most of the lake to yourself,
Cheers Pete
