Hi folks,
looks like my Jack may need new rear shocks. I'd like to hear what people have used and whether they are happy with them. thanks

Shaky I installed LTR's all round. They're not cheap but after testing them out on the Strezlecki track last year i found they handled the corrigations great.heading for the Cape in June so am interested to see how they cope on the tracks there.

Mate, koni's are the way to go. A very strong and reliable shock that is adjustable and fully rebuildible. Have a set on a GQ, and have not so far experienced any fade, and have improved the handling out of sight, compared to last set ( Monroe gas ryder). i'd say around $400-$450 for a pair, not cheap, but worth it.
See ya. Tristjo.

I have Koni's. Very happy with them on a GQ Patrol. Search the archives as this topic has been covered extensively before eg 2830. Koni's seem to be a very highly regarded shock in general.
