Gday Barney

You've got about 125l to play with, which could be up to 1000km at snails pace without towing, but will be more like 800 at general speed, and 700 while towing. It varies between vehicles and drivers etc. The best thing I have found with mine, is that if the sub tank is full, I have 200km in it @16l/100k to find fuel. Beware that if youhave done a lot of short trips, the dribble into the main from the sub on startup could mean you only have about 25 litres left instead of the expected 32.

I have managed 52km after the low fuel light has gone of in the main tank, but wouldn't recommend cutting it too fine, apart from the inconvenience of running out, the repairs needed on some injection pumps after running dry can be painful.

Cheers Andrew

Gday wayne-o any reason for the diffrence at night is it the engine/turbo temps are cooler or just because of being more cautious of roos ect or both
also your suspension set up will be copied when the purse holder loosens the strings a little it obviously works well for you Cheers

Hey bud, Yeah, cold air through intercooler/turbo, and no a/c on makes the difference, also i can feel the increase in power in colder conditions!

Yeah the susp is awesome, i love it!!

G'Day Barney,
Late reply I know but info for you anyway.

With the standard exhaust 13.5L per 100 ks without van
With the standard exhaust 17L per 100 ks with the van on.

With 3" exhaust 15L per 100 ks without van
With 3" exhaust 20L per 100 ks with the van on.

These are my figures for my wagon with and without the van.
hope it helps
Cheers
Shawn
