I think the Turbo's are in short supply and are no longer being made. As the new model will not hit until Q3 I suspect deals will be hard to come by. I understand Sahara spec is sold out completely.

Don't think Mr Toyota will be doing discounts on the TD. I believe there is still plenty of demand for the 100 series.

Bob,

If they are still around it just pays to do the leg work playing each dealer off against the other.

Got mine in Nov '04 - $62,000 (on the road) with seat covers, headlight protectors, Cooper ST's, rubber H/D car mats + an update Satnav dvd for the Mrs' RAV4

+ the $1000 voucher to Mitre 10 :-)

(04 GXL T/D Manual)

Gidday,
Got my LC 100 GXL Turbo diesel in July 06, did the rounds with the dealers and picked it up for $72 000 on road, with the estate winch bull bar, tow bar, bonnet and headlight protectors, rear wind deflector and mats.
Great choice of 4wd. I could not be happier.
Cheers
Glenn
