Bouquet for RACV

I have seen quite a few brickbats for insurance companies, on this site, so it is probably appropriate to give credit where it's due.
Over the Christmas break I was in Tassie and my GQ was parked at my kids' house. Well some ferret broke in and stole my GPS, handheld UHF, digital camera and binoculars. The kids rang RACV and were told that the last three items were not covered as they are not fixtures and that I had not informed them of the installation of the GPS.
When I got back to town, I only had four days before heading off in the Patrol. I rang the RACV guys and had a chat. They asked if I could fax them the receipt for the GPS. Two days later, a guy arrived to replace the broken glass and another delivered a new GPS, which proved invaluable during the trip to North NSW.
