Have you scanned in a full map including the borders?
Do the border borders have something that looks like a ruler with the latitude and longitude information?
What you do is use the information on the borders to work out the co-ordinates of your calibration points.
If your map has a set of gridlines - you would normally use the interesction of the horizontal and lines as calibration points (provided you know the value of the gridlines.
Other - choose a number of points on the map that you know the co-ordinates of and use that information.
Have I lost you yet?

thanks for info there are no borders on the map and no gridlines just the map image i suppose this is why the map wont calibrate.
I think i will have to use known waypoint marks from other maps and put these into the right
places on calibration screen,Bugger knew it wasnt going to be that easy..
Great software overall just need to keep using it to remember all the stuff.

Yep - that's what you need to do. Enjoy and keep with it. You are correct when you say it is great software.
