Willem has given it to you
Ross. There are plentty of lovely
places in between you should stop though but have a heater with you for July nights. The Great Ocean Road starts near to Warrnambool but there are plenty of
places in SA like the Coorong you should see, some of the sand driving spots like
Robe,
Beachport, and Carpenters Rocks along the coast in South Aussie. The Florieu Peninsula is
well worth it too, nice wineries too.
In Victoria before you get to the GOR there is
Nelson, Descartes Bay,
Bridgewater,
Port Fairy area then get the roads near to the GOR before
Peterborough Victoria.
Places like
Childers Cove, the bays off Mathiesons Road, Bay of Islands West of
Peterborough is every bit as beautiful as the Apostles.
Ross there are weeks of things to do in the area so be prepared. Am sure we will catch up at
Warraweena.
We used to market the area to visitors years ago mate, so we have a "things to do" list if you want it.
