Looks like he has come across just above the pipe line as you can see one of the green logs holding the guard rail up has been pushed just above and to the left of the pipe, I'd say he has then slid down. As said one very lucky person,would have been shi@ing himself seeing that in front of you.I'd be buying a lottery ticket or two. Steve M

Been some discussions in a couple of Emergency/Rescue forums as to the techniques used by the various Services......i hope there was some vehicle stabilisation employed first together with safety lines for the rescue personnel.
