Herron Point (Peel Inlet) ie., suitability for camping etc.

If you don't mind the smell from the acid-sulphate soils. Watch out for
Ross River carrying mosquitos. Access should be easy. Don't know if there are any camping restrictions.

Hello - There is a caravan park so no camping restrictions - apart from the fact that you have to stay there and not 100m up the shoreline in the bush - while I have not stayed myself the in laws have and I have paid a few visits. They seem to like it so obviously no major issues apart form normal camping ones which you must be prepared for if they arise. Fairly open so could get a bit windy on occasions.
