Hi i've read the post about the intercooler fan and blocking off the EGR.
just wondering if you have blocked it off yet? i've been told where it is but i'd like to know exactly where and what it looks like.. just so i dont block off the wrong thing and do some damage. if you could give me some helping info that would be very grateful.

Right side of engine towards the rear there is an alloy pipe about 2 inch in diametre runs from the rear of the inlet manifold down to the egr set up which is a box on the side of the engine block. Remove the two bolts on the top of the pipe, remove the two at the bottom. Make a metal blank off plate using the gasket as a template. Sand both ends on some wet and dry with a sheet of glass under it as the lower end will be warped. Re-install pipe with plate on top and using two gaskets. Jobs done.
