2h leaking coolant

Hi there all,
I have a mate who has a auto hj60 that is leaking coolant from,
well it seems to be from the oil cooler on the block behind the injection pump. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and what needed to be done to rectify this problem.

there is a plate where the oil filter bolts to allowing coolant to flow out of the block and around an oil cooler within the plate - the plate is probably coroded and needs replacend (around $400) dont stuff around with second hand ones
