There are some picnic shelters and a pit
toilet. Plenty of room to
camp. I have used the area twice for overnitght stops and a place to have a bit of a rest. Not really a destination in itself but usually quiet and peacefull.

Of course there is also the large
dam with permanantly running water from the
bore, lots of ducks and birds. Don't know if the
bore water is drinkable, but I think there was also a
water tank that caught the rain water from the
picnic shelter. Being one Km or so off the main road it makes a great camping spot.

Wheely,
Can confirm water tanks. Area is maintained by National Parks and I agree, very pleasant quiet overnight spot.
