Dear forumites,
I have just purchased some IPF 900XS lights off ebay (hooray).
The installation instructions are USELESS and i am a little confused with the wiring.
Has anyone self installed these lights. They are going on a LC100TD 2006.
I am most interested to know where to connect the yellow cable from the fuse link near the switch..... it has a ring attached.
regards
Dave

Just had a look at
mine and cant even find a yellow wire even though it is the genuine ipf wiring loom. I had
mine done by a sparkie as the toyota's work a different way. I tried wiring myn up like I did my commodore and ended up with the
driving lights staying on when I turned my headlights off. Luckily didnt blow any fuses so left it for the professionals $40 was not worth the headache. Some one on here does have a wiring gram for this instalation but forget who it was. Maybe they will post it again for you. Steve M

Hi aeiou
Our Sidewinder harness is similar to the IPF one. Have a look at my diagram and see if it can help. I can send you a high res picture if needed.

Thank you all very much.
I have worked out that i need to splice into the headlight/highbeam harness.
I have also been told i can attach to accessories if i want the IPFs to work independently.
Cheers
Dave
