Own up, someone's had a good Valentines day picnic at Thredbo and left the 60 series at the top of the express chairlift out of fuel?? lol www.thredbo.com.au snow cams.

Nice to be up there today anyway. Made me feel nostalgic - must be a million years since we walked the Snowies in the summer. :-(

Yeah I can remember my first time on top of Kossie, looking down into Victoria,a truely awesome sight on a clear day.

Now that brings back memories. In 1966 I had a Morris Cooper S that I drove up to the foot of
the summit, hopped out, walked a couple of hundred yards and spent an afternoon in complete solitude just taking in a miliion dollar + view. Those WERE the days. Can't do it now - at least not in your own vehicle.
