Sort by Response Time

I am having trouble setting up "sort by response time".
It seems after I run Spyware Doctor this setting changes to numerical order.
Anyone else having the same problem , or any suggestions to overcome.
Admin gave me some assistance but still the problem exists.

Seems to be OK on
mine. Select the sort by repsonse button and it just refreshes to the latest setting.
Select the sort by ID button, and it refreshes back again.
Tried doing a F5 refresh?

Thanks for that.
I now have it open on "sort by response" and did that through
My Home when I clicked on a link which said from memory "View Forum".
This setting suits me but when I tried to change to numerical to test your method nothing happens.
Went back to
My Home and "view forum" has been replaced with "view new posts"
One of those mysteries of life.

Might have tracked down the reason.
When I disallow scripts on page it won't respond but works when allowed.
