a friend of ours brought a new bed and mattress a few months back. then the side springs broke and it sagged down. she rung super a-mart and there in turn came out to have a look, ( the best part. ) he said , "there's your problem the room is to small" WHAT THE;. then said the bed is not right for that mattress the slats are to far apart, her reply " you sold it to us as a package.. they replaced it in the end. but have you ever heard such a thing. i couldn't stop laughing.

A bit like all the wood on our new deck/pergola bowing because we painted it the wrong colour! They still replaced the lot with no charge, but insisted nothing wrong with the quality of the wood just our colour choice!!

G'day Reiner,
Probably a bit like Telstra and CDMA, sell you a half baked service and then just after you spent all this dough they want you to do it again. Unfortunately they seem to be the last palce on earth! And they also use some absolute BS to convince you that it's your problem.
Kind regards

Bought a swingaway jockey wheel from supercheap and on its lowest setting the tyre was still on the ground when coupled to the van, took it back for a refund and the manager said {and I quote } you cant get a refund on it as you've used it !!!!!!!!!!!!! that would have to be the most stupid thing I'd ever heard, I asked for the number of head office and only then did he give a refund, he said next time this happens, at that point I said mate if thats your refund policy there wont be a next time........................
no more business for them ,
regards,
Dave

Come on guys! The managers of this site provide a spelling checker, please use it!! I sometimes feel embarrassed being a user of this site. The standard of spelling is indicative of a lower educated or lower intelligence group of people and I don't believe this is the case with the members of this site. Three replies and 5 spelling errors!!!
Please use the facilities provided.
P.S. If it's because you're peesed, then I forgive you.
Ian

Have you considered not posting such superior, opinionated drivel?

"indicative of a lower educated or lower intelligence group of people"
Sorry I did not realise that it was a requirement that we submit to an IQ
test before using this site. The fact is some people are lower educated and maybe of lower intelligence, maybe if the Nazi's won you would be happier with its perfect race.
Get a life!

I though this post was about a bed. If I hijacked a thread halfway through to complain about peoples grasp of the English language I would be embarrassed as
well.

I'm just suggesting that out of respect to other users a bit of care is taken with spelling. Its not hard. 2 seconds with the spelling checker. I have instructions to some cheap Chinese
tools that have less errors than some posts. And everybody laughs at them.

"P.S. If it's because you're peesed, then I forgive you"
This coming from someone who was complaining about other people's spelling
I believe the correct term should be "peeved"

Well... yes... Glenn - if you mean not beating up upon people because their spelling is not as good as your's... I agree... Otherwise I don't understand the point you are trying to make... - perhaps you will explain...?

That's good at least - I thought it was, probably, offensive which was why I queried.
