Rig pics and possible time delay.

Is there a time lag involved when Rig Pics are altered? Or have I just wasted 42.5 hrs on a 'virtual' upgrade? (Redback, you need not reply: drink your billycan and hush up. [Isn't it nice the way we no longer swear on site ?]
