G'day Crew,
I have tried to search the various threads and have not found a match for my question. So please excuse me though if this has been asked before.
My wife & i have just purchased a Coromal Pioneer Camper Trailer, plated 11/06. Rather than go with what the dealer recommended we have decided to hold off on putting a battery that can be recharged via various means.
Has anyone purchased a product that they can recommend for this type of van..or at least point me in the right direction if this question has been already asked.
Regards
Ash

G'Day Ash,
Put in the largest amp hour deep cycle battery you can fit.
Brands and quality dependent on your wallet
As an example these have some good reports
Trojan
They have a lot of flexibility in terms of accepting and maintaining charge

Thanks for the quick response Rolande. Will look at the Trojan. Just don't want to part with the $$ and then find out there is a better option out there.
Cheers & thanks again

G'Day Ash,
Search through other brands as
well, many good ones out there.
We can fit a battery about 450mm long, 200mm wide and 300mm high in the battery box at the front of the van.
Can get a good Amp hour battery for this.
Many manufactueres tend to stick with the N70, (read 4WD battery) size for cost and weight issues, but a larger one will fit easily
Regards
Rolande
