I have seen somewhere that the Terracan chassis is a Pajero chassis. Does anyone know which model Pajero and if
the springs and torsion bar are the same as the original Pajero.

Check this site Terracan Owners Group, they're bound to have the answers you are seeking. Good luck.

I didnt think recent Pajero's had a chassis - monocoque design(????). Could be similar design still I guess.

Early Paj's had a seperate chassis. The semi-monocoque (actually a chassis-in-body) came with the IRS/IFS newer versions.

I think it is roughly based on the gen II (1990 - 1999) pajero, but I wouldn't like to rely on being able to swap over any parts.
Similar in the sense it uses torsion bar front, coil rear and chassis rails.
JUst looking at a teracan and my pajero, my pajero is maybe wider and longer.

Based on the Paj chassis, but not the same !!!!
The rear springs are the same, but thats about all....some people think they are the same thing , but as all cars are now global, there is a lot of parts sharing between manufactorors so you can't assume anything anymore

I have just bought one after a gu Parol. Not a Patrol but great value for money and a mighty fine diesel motor. And very frugal.
