Waeco fridge not working

Hi
My 1 year old Waeco Fridge is stuck on FREEZE, works ok on that setting , but cant turn the temp. down. Played with the buttons, don,t seem to want to move. What is wrong??? Do I need another temp control unit....?? If so I am having trouble finding a service place to fix it (assuming it is under warranty). Anyone got any contacts

First check if you have the emergency switch set to on - this makes it run non stop. If there is still a problem then call Waeco on (07) 5507 6000 and ask them for the name of your nearest service depot.

Your 1 year old fridge has a five year warranty. Waeco has lots of repair centres. As said above give them a ring.

I agree, the same thing was happening with our fridge. I now have gaffer tape over the switch the avoid the likelyhood of switching on by mistake.

Sounds like the thermostat is faulty if the switch is not on.

If its a CF50, on
mine it was a new control unit. Buttons would not move.
