I have just had a Daiken H/D clutch fitted at 180,000k as was recommended by a good mechanic. My camper is around 1700kg max fully loaded.

The Safari one is recommended for comp use with big motors.

dj,

I have heard that the 4terrain clutch from clutch industries is supposed to be very good.

Had Daiken H/D clutch fitted to my 4.2 GU with after market turbo fitted. Tow 2.5t van with no problems. Have only done 25,000 since fitted with about 11,000 towing the van.

I've done 50,000km on a Daikin h/d. No real heavy towing, just camper trailer stuff.
It's as good as the day it went in. Smooth as............

Daiken H/D, fitted to mine 20K ago and no probs. I got 280K out of the original so if I don't get 150K out of this one I will be ticked right off.

Cheers, Trevor.
