Clever - hope no-one else thinks of that

Have fun.

If you look out you could find some real bargains.

At the last "Outdoor & Adventure show" we saw MaxAir compressors for under $300.00! Doh! I Just bought a copy a few months before!

We also saw IPF 900XS spotlights for just over $300.00 a pair!!! Doh! I Just bought some a few months before!

There was a few things I was looking at buying if they were on special at the show, but weren't even on display...one was the MaxTrax.

I was also hoping to see some discounts on GPS, but no, full price for you, come in spinner. hahaha

Even UHF radio's and accessories were at full retail price, or higher! BASTARDS!

I gave up on these 4WD shows and Camping Shows a couple of years back. There wasn't a lot that was really new or innovative and the prices were almost all normal retail.

Unless you're just starting out in this financial black hole called "4WD and Camping" it's the same stuff very year.

No thanks,

I am going on Saturday between the showers. This will be the first time I have ever been as I object to having to pay to go into what is basically a shop. However I want to have a look at what is going on in the camper trailer field, the new ones today will be the second hand ones tomorrow when I start the Grey nomad trip. In the meantime I'm happy with my trusty Cavalier.

I have looked at a few already, many with laughable price tags, and in more than half of them you will find something which will make you say ...."well that's a bl**dy stupid way to do it !" For example, one had a pull out kitchen on the left of the trailer, but had the wired fridge box on the draw bar on the right of the trailer. Figure out the walk to grab something out of the fridge while cooking - or to get a cold beer when sitting under the awning!

At the same time several of those with dumb ideas also had absoloootly brilliant features in other areas. All I want is one campertrailer, at a sane price, containing all of the good and none of the bad - is that too much to ask for?

Evidently yes.
