Eldorado Trailcutter R/T Tyres

Hi All,
Am looking at getting new tyres for the Pootrol, in the past have always used Hancook and I stand by them. When seeking Hankooks recently, I was told, WHAT!!! A korean tyremaker making 17 inch tyres for japanese cars. "That will be the day"!!.
So I have been looking around and come scross these trailcutter tyres, and like the look of the Eldorado Trailcutter R/T for 17 inch rims and they have a nice high profile.
I have searched on the forum and the only reference I can find was Willems posting 17/2/07 and his reference was only "Eldorado", but there was no info on the actual tyres. I was told that Eldorado is an off shoot from Coopers????
Has anyone used Trailcutters R/T, are they noisy and what is their durability like?
Good constructive comments would be most appreciated.

Hi Nugget , havent actually had anything to do with the eldorados , but have just bought a set of Jetzons also an off shoot from coopers ......have a look at this site mate , might be of some help to you ...cheers .....Dave

Yep I have a set of Eldorado ZTR Sports 265/75/16.

Originally I bought them for the trailer and for on road use on the GQ around town. I bought them cheapish but wasted my money as they are pretty useless for my type of bush driving. Very thin side walls and the grooves in the tread are just as thin. I am sick of plugging punctures.

They are up for sale here in the Trader section and going cheap.

Yes they are made in the Cooper factories under licence. Google El Dorado and see for yourself
