Just thought i would give a wrap for some good old fashion service. I went to one of the large 4wd chains looking to buy an awning for my cruiser last week and was told couldnt deliver till late april. Found Polaris Innovations on web. emailed on Saturday
Ross rang Monday and had it ready by Thursday. I am fighting Leukemia and was stuck at the hospital so my wife went over to pick it up..
Ross then proceeded to fix it to the racks of our vehicle for no cost.. you cant ask for more and we are one very happy customer... The good service needs mentioning as much as bad experiences..

Have had same experience with large 4x4 chain.Am currently waiting for my 2 awnings from polaris,will be ready next week.(ordered today)
Have also found
Ross from Polaris to be very prompt,efficient & very helpful.Sent pics of my custom made roof rack & he will make fittings to suit.
Good old fashioned service from Aussie business.
