can anyone tell me if there is a site as in red book to find out how much motor-homes are worth?

Not that I'm aware of. I bought a motorhome in 2002 and sold it 4 years later and found the resources to price it were scarce. The best place to look on-line is www.rvpoint.com.au
Name brand motorhomes retain their value very
well and popular models like Winnebago and Swagman tend to retain up to 90% after 4 years with strong turnover. Home made models are cheap to buy but hard to shift.

Redbook is only good for standard cars. It does a poor job at this as
well.
Hopeless for motorbikes, boats, motorhomes and 4wd's.
