Back in October we ordered a new
Red Rock Hard floor camper trailer. After a lot of phone calls and emails and 5 1/2 months it's almost here,
well it's in
Darwin waiting to be sent over on the next barge. I feel like a kid before Christmas. :) . David at
Red Rock did his best but had a few delays, with him fighting fires etc. But we can't use it till the wet stops here anyway. There's a couple of pics on my profile if anyone is interested. More pics to follow when it gets here. We had a few extras to the standard :- electric brakes, full annex walls, changed the annex to go out past the box on the A frame instead of cutting off access to it,same paint as the cruiser, ensuite, thicker mattress,100 series wheels.
Now have to go sit at
the wharf and wait for the barge.

That looks awesome..... You will have some wicked adventures with that.
Probably the first thing I would do would change the hitch to a treg hitch.............
Enjoy and have fun...... Looks like a comfortable machine

Oops forgot to mention about the hitch, it has a Trag on oit now. David uses a normal hitch to move the trailers about in the yard/
shop. He changes them before they get shipped out.

Looks good eh you lucky bugger , I had to have a second look when I read extfilm's answer about the hitch, odd that they make an Off-roader with a stanard ball hitch , I had an O'Brien trailer in the 90s but it had not a Tregg but another type , can't remember what it was called now but it worked ok . Have fun and enjoy.

Thanks. We intend to use it heaps. Planning a trip down the centre and turn left for a few months after we get over paying for 3 weddings in 20 months. (Bought the trailer before the weddings.)
O'Brien trailers had an Alco hitch, or used to. We had a
Dingo soft floor before this one with an Alco hitch. It was OK, a bit of a pain to hook up at times.
Gaz.

Had a look on the O'Brien website , the hitch is called an ORAC
well I'll be .... he still has the photo of my Explorer trailer in the Simpson taken 1997 as an example. Under TRAILERS/EXPLORER

Yeah, that's the one. Nightshift makes the old greymatter a bit slow. Duh.
