Darryl

I went through the same excercise just on a month ago without any luck.

As we are having our camper trailer made, we were able to get an innerspring (200mm thick) and have the cover of the trailer made to accomodate that thickness.

From my research, if you have to have 100mm then you will probably have to stay with foam or alternatively perhaps consider a self inflating air mattress.

Darryl,

Not the same thing in I know, but our Camprite came with a "quilted" medium density foam mattress, 100 mm thick. This is a very good quality mattress and on top of this we use one of those eggshell type foam overlays. Very comfortable!

Not sure where Camprite source these mattresses but you could ring and ask them on 08 9409 3905. They are based on Wangara.

BTW, I started this group recently which you might be interested in:

A mattress manufacturer has been advertising in Caravan & Motorhome about the ability of being able to supply odd size / one off mattresses. If you contact Mark Wilde ( advertising manager ) mwilde@expresspublications.com he may be able to put you onto the manufacturer concerned.
Another way is to see your local caravan dealers/ manufactures, they may know of someone who can help you. Im sorry that I can`t look up a back copy so as to get a name for you, as I get my copies of the mag from the local library. regards G.T.

Darryl,
We have got an 'Outback' Camper from Bruce Nagy Jones in Wangara and our queen size orthopedic mattress is made by SLUMBERCARE BEDDING in Radium street Bentley.(Stuart Gardiner)
We just had six weeks away in Tas and it was as good as our bed at home. It is a' must have' luxury.
