Fashionable late again we were...by 10 hours!
Well it was decided by us on saturday afternoon at 5.30pm, stuff money lets go up there, so within 20min the car was packed and we were on the road.
Shane had already hit the sack by the time we arrived and Trev and Perry were in the normal assumed campfire position. As was expected. We threw some snags in the pan for a late dinner, caught up with all our usual dribble, emptied out the car, folded all the seats into the bed and hit the sack. It is suprisingly comfortable when all folded out into a bed. We heard movement in the camp in the morning..but very hard to crawl out of bed in the mornings when you are use to going to bed in the mornings after working at night. Play time and we hit the tracks... then just the others hit the tracks! Trevor, Mark was suprised that you didn't let loose on the report.. 'He was quite lenient on me ol trev was!'
But a thankyou must go to Roothy because if it wasn't for the 4wd monthly bush mechanic challenge and Roothy being in the old paj we wouldn't have known where to start! we knew it was fuel pump but that was it. then Shane mentioned the DVD as Mark and I were both thinking about it, so that gave us a starting point.
It was about 2 and a half hours the boys were scratching their heads, playing with tools, pulling things apart. A bush mechanic job it certainly was and and if it wasn't for the bright sparks of Shane, Perry and Trev, Mark and the gregorys 510 Manual
Then Paj may well still be sitting there! Eventually she was all good, we all packed up and parted ways and we headed over to Charlie Moreland and camped there on sunday night, back home monday for work on mon night. All in all though was a great weekend of catching up and getting out of suburbia and will no doubt be done again soon. (as a group! we are heading off for the easter weekend up to a friends property at Amamoor to camp in their rainforest by the creek for the long weekend.) Thanks everyone for your company and help, Shane you drink Woody, Trev, beam? Perry?
I got a few photos, one photo that for any member who doesn't like Perry or Trevor would have good fun with when pinned onto a dart board!
Thanks everyone
Cheers Jo

You have two shot's of your pussy on your rig pics, (the four legged one!!!) so just take one off and put the photo you talk of in the pussy's place and show us all LOL!!!

Perry's being bigger than mine should mean mine is worth more points hehehehehe.

Pic up and it is now open season and fair game to all, with weapon of your choice, whether it be darts, slug gun, sling shot, knife....... Trevor is on the left, Perry on the right. Let the games begin!

Sorry I missed the fun.

Too much work at home.
Got to finish painting the house soon, started 5 years ago.

Would be interesting to see how the Paj would go.
Now I have stiffer springs in the rear and airbags, I think the articulation most probably would limit it. Wasn't the best even stock!
Definitely set up as more of a tourer than for rough work now.

Took the Paj to Paul yesterday, Told him of and obviously showed him the bush mechanics job that was performed so we could actually drive the car, he was impressed! and somehow pretty much guessed it was Perry that did the wiring job! 'He rang me today about his rig as well'
What did he break??!! was our reply!

With ours he has a suspicion it might be the relay. 'If that is the case it won't be cheap! it will have to be a genuine mitsu part and they are 9 pin plugs.'
We'll see what he has to say when he rings today.
Shane you'll have to give me your email address.
I'm off to bed, been a long night at work. Make sure those dart points are sharpened well!

cheers
Jo

The computer has bleep e itself and burned out!
A load of money now being unexpectedly being spent. Hopefully will have it back tomorrow so we can still take off.
