Hi all,
I picked up a Waeco batt. pack and was wondering if you can charge it up from the terminals that the jumper leads connect to instead of the cig lighter? The reason I ask is that it didn't come with a manual.
Regards,
Leroy

Leroy, I have a Waeco Thumper. Yes you can charge it from the jumper lead terminals. This is how you charge it from 240 volts with a battery charger.
Check out the Waeco website for charging details. They recommend that you do not exceed 14 volts when charging or you will damage the battery (I think that was it, but you better
check). I took the safe option and purchased the battery charger from the fridge
shop in
Brisbane that Waeco recommend for the Thumper. In addition, it may be worthwhile to get the fastcharge car kit for when you are travelling. It is direct wired to the battery and charges the Thumper in about 3 hours when on the road. CheersMoggs ( Normanhurst NSW)
