Does it work ??
Sounds as though it wont break, give us a
test drive and lets know what the coffee is like at lunch time that you make in the morning.
We had a stainless one that got nicked or left behind, we found that if you rinse it out with boiling water first to warm it up it did the job much better.Carpe Diem

I got fed up with vacuum flasks not doing their job
well enough and splurged on a 1.8 litre "Nissan" Thermos. Must say it's worth the $90 I paid for it last year. The water's hot for over 24 hours and it hasn't buggered up yet.

We're on our 2nd
Stanley flask, the old one still works, but is more square than round these days. Do have a Kmart el cheapo too, and while we haven't done a comparo, it still works after 15- 20 years.
I drink black coffee, and the worst brew have ever had was mixing it straight in to the thermos. To have decent cup, just put water in thermos, and mix with the coffee when needed. Don't think tea makes much difference. Hooroo...

These SS Thermo's are great aren't they ! I bought
mine about 15 years ago and it still works OK. Got sick of buying replacement glass refills. Murphy seemed to always get the glass thermo to fall out of the car or get dropped by the kids!Colin - Subaru Forester

Truckster,
Another bargain that you missed.
Membership to ExplorOz was only $30 before April. Amazing that you can spend $40 on a Thermos but won't become a member of a site you use more than anyone else.
By the way, are the thermos' Aussie made and owned?Just Do It!
