The vinyl cover on the camper trailer is starting to look a bit dull and dirty.
What is the best way to put some shine back into it, cleaned it with ct18 and that helped a lot but it still looks dull.
Did a search but maybe I used the wrong terms.
Happy
easter all and thank for any info

Hi Kangas,
I cleaned ours with hot soapy water to get all the dirt and dust off then when it was dry gave it a spray with armorall (spell?), rubbed it in really
well and then polished it off with a clean dry cloth. Came up really
well and helps protect the vinyl from the elements for longer.
Regards, Kerrie.

Thanks for your replies, armorall came to mind, but read somewhere that it might not be the best product for that, something to do with the content of it leeching out the plastics.

Hi All,
A good wash/scrub with soapy water should clean it OK and there are a number of vinyl polishes around to shine it up a bit.
From my experience, while armoral shines it up real beaut it is a terrible dust magnet and every little bit of dust really shows up.
Cheers

Lanolin will protect and shine it up. Give it a good tub first. Then plenty of lanolin spray. Available at any auto spare store.

Well tried lanolin, looks shiny while polishing but then it fades away.
Will try other suggestion in a while when this dries out a bit
