Has anyone fitted an intercooler to a D22 3lt td Navara? I'm thinking of trying to fit one from a 3lt Patrol but don't know if it will fit under the bonnet. I don't think there is room to fit an intercooler in front of the radiator, but I might be wrong

Not yet ,, but it is an option I had toyed with at one stage.
Best way would be to get an aftermarket one, reason being, (and its only what I have been told ), is that there is no playing with wiring and trying to break into computer programs,,ect
Just bolt on and go ( sort of anyway ) If you know what I mean ????
No doubt, it has been done, and personally I would love to do it, but its a time and $$$ thing
Bo Ho !
Cheers Mate

The 3 litre Patrol I/cooler will bolt on but I'm unsure of bonnet clearance but the 3 litre I/coolers are a pile of poop anyway as lots of them leak where the tubes go through the header plate.
I did see one in the early days with a top mount intercooler at the Wandin 4x4 field day but I never paid any attention to the bonnet clearance.
Regards Andrew.
