Hi,
I've never used auction/for sale sites on the web, any ideas on whether they are any good and if so which one/s are the best. I've got many items to sell including a large number of 4x4 mags.
Thanks

As others have said
check out the persons history first. I wont buy from people without 20 sales, and all positive
feedback. Ive bought about 200 things over time off Ebay and Sold.com.au(Im into N scale model trains too), and never been bitten once.
In once sense, Sold is better as not many use it! I scored some Pratus seats(over $1000 at ARB!) for $200 a pair on there, set on Ebay month or 2 earlier went for $700..
Also buying electonics from O/S, some things come with NO WARRANTY... EG digi cameras... So savings arent as good as they seem.
But then other things are fine and 50% of the aussie price.
