I wouldn't fit them to a camper trailer, if anything use bearing buddies to top up the grease or nothing at all just repack yearly. I have durahubs on my boat trailer. Three of them are brilliant, but one I cannot get to seal, the stub axle is slightly out of round where the seal bed in, it leaks where rolling but doesn't when parked. I have tightened the spring in the lip of the seal, which almost fixed it but not quite, have to keep topping it up. For a boat trailer I will persist as the idea is great.
Mike.

DO NOT repeat DO NOT fit them on a caravan, or anything with electric drum brakes.
Hub seals are simply not designed to cope with oil, so a small amount will nearly always seep out. As little as a drop or two will destroy your electric brakes- it gets into the linings and will stop them working.
How do I know- because I found out the hard way- cost a lot of time and money.

Dura Hubs come with their own seals.

Their own seals are not good enough.
I agree with Scott. DO NOT FIT them with electric brakes unless you love throwing away money- or don't mind having brakes which don't work.
You've been warned!
Cheers
