G'day blue one
Why an Autotune?? How many channels will you be expecting to use with your 9323??

Hi blue one
With both VKS & VMS (and also VKE) 90+% of the time you will be using the primary channel. On rare occasions you may need the secondary channel, and on rarer occasions the other 3.
Will you be transmitting on RFDS?? and even if you are, the primary channels are close enough to some of the VKS ones, and are on a common tap.
And I guess you won't be transmitting on ABC frequencies...
What I'm suggesting is that a tapped whip may be adequate for your needs (apart from if you do really need Radtel)....
I use all of the above (with Selcall where appropriate), and even more with the full HF amateur bands (80m to 10m) and have only ever used a tapped whip antenna.
Cheers and 73s
