Hi Trevor, I didn't know it was on this weekend.
I'll be camping on the Murray nearby on Saturday night.

Cheers

No i thought a man smart enough to buy a toyota would have known where ?Loveday is LOL

Loveday - just out of barmera in SA about 2 hours from Adelaide on the Murray .
Tony has a purpose built track to run two types of racing. The 1km track winding around a square has wombat holes jums short climbs and a mud pit great for spectators you can see 90% of the track from the side the second type is a straight with a round about at the end in shallow mud as a mud drag. two lane timed.

Racing Strarts at 10am Saturday and finishes on Sunday after lunch. Band on Saturday night

Well worth the drive even from NSW.

Yep.
have to admit its a pretty good event. Not quite like the events in NSW as there are not the hill climbs etc but an excellent event just the same.

I did not realise it was on but will certainly try to get up for a look. Geeez its even raining here at the moment so might be able to find some MUD of my own on the way out there from Williamstown. I cut a straight line across from here out through Black Hill and Swan Reach, across to Loxton etc and there's some reasonable tracks along the way.
