I am wanting to fit a Boat loader to my Pajero Np 2006 diesel. I have heard a few stories that the roof bars can be pulled out from the roof. Anyone out out there with a boat loader fitted and have you had any problems. Do I have to buy the TJM brand or are there any cheaper options. A 2nd hand one would be great. I have not bought the boat yet. I live in Queensland.
Cheers

Hi Mystic & Gwen Our boat is roughly 60kg,we dont carry anythingelse as our total weight must not be over 100kg I think the loader is 30kg so we would rather be under a bit .We tow a caravan so the motor is going on the A frame and fold up trailer on the back of van,all the other bits an bobs will go in car or van where ever they fit We are busting to try it all out June or July, fun getting it all ready though hope you get sorted cheers Sue Ps cant remember his full name Craig[ can look it up if you want] at Rhino was really good to deal with ,they will put you onto pros at putting the rack on
