Are there any Bushtrackers doing the Gibb River Road from Derby end about end of May and early June 07.

What the hell is a Bushtracker ?

Are the people that have these "Bushwackers" somehow different or more pleasant company than people who don't have them ?

Of course they're more pleasant company. Oz's premier bush band do a mean version of 'Waltzing Matilda'. Should be a very relaxed and entertaining jaunt down the GRR :)))))))))))))))))))))

I am about to post an updated photo my wife took with her phone last week in Amsterdam .

You are both a couple of Bushwhackos .

I went fossicking yesterday . We found :
3 Bullets
2 shell cases
3 pieces of wire
1 clip off a pair of braces
1 unidentified lump of something
AWESOME

Strange, eh? Pottsee.
You ask a quite simple question then get absolute drivel as a reply.
Most of those "whackers" would not even know where the end of their street lead to let alone what a Bushtracker is.
You have to realize this is a forum for an elite group who expect you to know every road/track/ fridge/dual battery system/tyre combination/4wd make/model to have, in the country.
I could be travelling that way this year, but this forum is the last place I would be asking questions about caravan travels on.
Being an infrequent poster but often watcher here, there is much more useful advice to glean on other forums.

I'm not but wish i could be! "Mobi Condo" are heading out that way May June, but leaving Adelaide in May so may not coincide with you.

Meanwhile, my son plans to go in June with a Patrol and a roof top tent.

Maybe next year for us.
