camper canvas waterproofing!!!??

we have recently purchased our first camper trailer a second hand act cruiser,the canvas has worn really thin just chasing some advice on sealing/waterproofing thanks:)

we just bought a couple of canvas spray cans from the local camping shop, these worked fine. I think its called canvas care or something , i threw the emty cans out, I have also heard you can rub wax on the affected areas, we tried a candle and it worked for a while but not as good as the spray gear.

There was a product called Birkmeyers or Berkmiers that we treated our canvas with years back, it was more than just a waterproofing compound, smelled awful for a few weeks until it aired out though.

I did my swag recently with a Horse Rug Waterproofer called Equinade Rug Seal,

I never touch our camper,, ite great ,, but if I had to I would try this stuff on something eilse first ,,, hence the swag

Dan & Leah.
I waterproofed my previous Kamparoo camper & found that it increased the condensation quite a lot. Perhaps I applied too much waterproofing!!
